Shipping
We ship SipSation across Australia. Orders are packed and dispatched from Perth, Western Australia, usually within 1-3 business days.
Standard shipping typically takes:
- Metro WA: 1-3 business days
- Regional WA: 3-5 business days
- Interstate: 3-7 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We currently don’t offer international shipping.
Returns & Refunds
As SipSation is a food and beverage product, we’re unable to accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us at [email] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll sort out a replacement or refund.
Under Australian Consumer Law, you’re entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You’re also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure doesn’t amount to a major failure.
